Terms of Service

1. Who operates ImageEditor

ImageEditor at imageeditor.cc is operated by LUO YAO, an individual operating under the ImageEditor brand ("we", "us"). For service, billing, privacy or legal requests, contact rrjjffgaby@gmail.com. These Terms govern your use of the website and its tools. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. You must have the legal capacity to agree, or use the Service with the permission and supervision required by the law that applies to you. A person buying paid access must be an adult with authority to make the purchase.

2. What the Service does

ImageEditor provides browser-based image compression, format conversion, resizing, cropping, watermarking, image combination, GIF creation, screenshot styling and size-pack exports. Basic tools work without an account. Processing and results depend on your browser, device memory, source image and settings. Review the actual result before relying on it and keep your original files.

Editing does not automatically upload your images. If you choose to create a share link, the exported image is uploaded for delivery. Anyone with that link can view or download it during its seven-day validity. A recipient may retain a copy after the link expires. Do not share confidential content or content you lack permission to distribute. The Service is not a backup or archival service.

3. Accounts and security

An account is optional for basic image tools and is required for account-linked paid access. Google sign-in, or email sign-in when available, may create an account on first use. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share or resell account access. You may request account deletion by emailing support from the account address; we may need to verify ownership.

4. Prices, access and renewal

Payment availability: only plans explicitly made available at checkout can be purchased. Check the pricing page for current availability.

Both paid plans provide the same batch enhancements: folder selection, up to 100 images per batch within stated size limits, combined resize/text-watermark/compression, custom names, up to three size variants and ZIP export. Annual billing has no confirmed price and is not currently offered.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and the final total must be shown before payment. There is no free trial or automatic conversion from free use. We will not charge you unless you explicitly complete a purchase. Any future price or material renewal change will be disclosed before it applies; no retroactive charges will be made.

Waffo Pancake handles hosted checkout and acts as merchant of record for the transaction, including payment processing and applicable tax handling. Its checkout and receipt identify the seller and transaction terms. ImageEditor does not collect or store your full payment-card number or security code. Paid access begins only after payment is verified, not merely because you reach a return page.

5. Cancellation and refunds

For an active recurring plan, you can cancel future renewal in the account billing area before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the period already paid for. A seven-day pass ends automatically. Contact support if you cannot access the cancellation control; deleting a local image, closing a browser, or signing out does not cancel a subscription.

For a refund request, email rrjjffgaby@gmail.com with the order reference, purchase date and a brief explanation. Do not email card details or passwords. We review requests for duplicate or incorrect charges, paid access not delivered, and material technical failures that prevent use and cannot be resolved. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, expiry, cancellation, non-use, or a change of mind after access has been delivered does not by itself create an automatic full or prorated refund. This does not limit mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. If we permanently discontinue paid access during your prepaid period for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused portion. We do not require you to waive legal rights to contact your bank or payment provider.

6. Your content and acceptable use

You keep your rights in your source images and edited results. You are responsible for having permission to use and share the content. Creating a share link gives us only the permission needed to store, serve and remove the shared export. We do not claim ownership of your images or use them to train AI models.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not distribute illegal content, exploitative content involving minors, fraud, harassment, or content that violates another person’s copyright, privacy or other rights.
• Do not attack the Service, bypass access or safety controls, probe other accounts, abuse sharing, send malware, or interfere with other users.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or authorization to use payment methods. Do not resell paid account access without permission.

7. Suspension and service changes

We may restrict sharing or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address material breach, fraud, security threats or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Restrictions do not remove mandatory consumer rights. We may improve or change tools and limits; material changes to an active paid plan will be communicated before they apply.

8. Results and limitations

The Service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every browser, a particular compression ratio, an exact file-size target or suitability for every purpose. Compression may reduce quality; format conversion may change features such as transparency or animation. Your device or browser may discard unsaved work. Keep originals and check exported files.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or loss of unsaved local work. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer protections. No provision is intended to excuse fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability that applicable law protects.

9. Changes, disputes and contact

For a concern or dispute, contact rrjjffgaby@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or deprive you of a court or remedy available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.

We will publish updates here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be notified through the Service or the account email before they take effect where required. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase or remove accrued rights.
